Land Cover Mapping and GPS Surveying

GeoVisual Solutions created these maps for the San Diego Canyons Campaign to educate the public about the campaign and its goal to protect the urban canyons:

• Friends Groups of San Diego's Neighborhood Canyons
• San Diego Canyons & Open Space Areas
• Watersheds of San Diego's Neighborhood Canyons

We also supported habitat restoration at Lake Murray with a series of restoration status maps. We used GPS to locate invasives species removed and mapped these locations to show the amount of progress and areas remaining to be restored.
